Registering the “Rules on Allotment of International Securities Identification Codes” of the “Central Depository of Armenia” Open Joint-Stock Company

In view of Clause “e¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 6 of Article 180 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Securities Market”, Paragraph 66 of Regulation 5/02 “Procedure for registration and licensing of the Central Depository, procedure for obtaining preliminary consent for significant participation in the charter capital of the Central Depository, procedure, form and timeframes for submission of business program” approved under Decision No. 14-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated January 15, 2008; taking into account the opinion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 5 of 05.02.2025); having examined the application submitted by the “Central Depository of Armenia” Open Joint-Stock Company to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 15.01.2025 and the attached documents,

I decide:

1. Register the “Rules on Allotment of International Securities Identification Codes” of the “Central Depository of Armenia” Open Joint-Stock Company.
2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
