Registering the Changes to the Structure of the Managers of “Cube Invest”, a Closed Joint-stock Company (Investment Company)

 

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 221 (2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”, and Paragraph 20 and Paragraph 26 (1) of Regulation 4/05 “Procedure for Qualification of Investment Service Provider, the Operator and the Central Depository Managers and Natural Persons as Investment Service Providers; Manager Professional Integrity Criteria and Manager Registration” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 15-N, dated January 15, 2008;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 5, dated February 5, 2025); and

Having examined the letter of request, along with the required documents and deliverables, submitted by “Cube Invest” Closed Joint-Stock Company to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on December 20, 2024 and January 22, 2025,

 

          We decide:

 

  1. Remove Armen Ter-Hakobyan from his registered role as Executive Director of “Cube Invest”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  2. Remove Miqayel Margaryan from his registered role as Deputy Executive Director of “Cube Invest”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  3. Register Miqayel Margaryan as General Director/Chairman of Directorate of “Cube Invest”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  4. Register Armen Ter-Hakobyan as Deputy General Director/Member of Directorate of “Cube Invest”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  5. Register Arsen Katvalyan as Member of Directorate of “Cube Invest”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  6. Register Karine Qocharyan as Member of Directorate of “Cube Invest”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  7. Register Shoushan Harutyunyan as Member of Directorate of “Cube Invest”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  8. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
