Suspending the 10-Business-Day Period for Registration of the Rules of “TDC 1” Interval, Non-Public, Contractual Investment Fund of “TD Capital”, a Limited Liability Company

 

In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 112 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 5, dated February 5, 2025); and

Having examined the letter of request, along with all the required documents and deliverables, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on January 30, 2025 for registration of the Rules of “TDC 1” Interval, Non-Public, Contractual Investment Fund of “TD Capital”, a Limited Liability Company,

 We decide: 

  1. Suspend the 10-business-day period for registration of the Rules of “TDC 1” Interval, Non-Public, Contractual Investment Fund of “TD Capital”, a Limited Liability Company.
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
