 GOVERNOR DECISION

   February 4, 2025 No. 1/33 A

 Registering the Supplement to the Prospectus for Bonds Issued by “Viva Armenia”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

Whereas on February 3, 2025 “Viva Armenia”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, submitted an application to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia for registration of a supplement to the prospectus for nominal, coupon bonds, as registered under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Governor Decision No. 1/17A, dated January 22, 2025, along with all documents and deliverables, which is required for the registration of a prospectus in accordance with the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market” and Regulation 4/04 “Prospectus and Statements of Reporting Issuers” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 68-N, dated March 11, 2008; By virtue of what is written above; and Pursuant to Article 2 (3) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 14 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”, 

We decide:      

1. Register the Supplement to the Prospectus submitted by “Viva Armenia” Closed Joint-Stock Company for nominal, coupon bonds, as registered under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Governor Decision No. 1/17A, dated January 22, 2025.
2. This decision to enter into force on the day following its signing.
