GOVERNOR DECISION

 Registering the Supplement to the Program Prospectus for Bonds Issued by “Fast Bank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

 Whereas on January 29, 2025 “Fast Bank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, submitted an application to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia for registration of a supplement to the program prospectus for nominal, coupon bonds, as registered under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Governor Decision No. 1/354 A, dated September 11, 2024, along with all the documents and deliverables required for the registration of a prospectus in accordance with the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market” and the respective normative legal act of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; By virtue of what is written above; and Pursuant to Article 2 (3) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 14 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”,

 We decide:     

1. Register the Supplement to the Program Prospectus submitted by “Fast Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company for nominal, coupon bonds, as registered under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Governor Decision No. 1/354 A, dated September 11, 2024.
2. This decision to enter into force on the day following its signing.
