Granting Consent to the General Terms and Conditions for Lending by “Money Credit” LLC, a Pawnshop

 Having examined the general terms and conditions for lending offered by “Money Credit” Limited Liability Company, a pawnshop (hereinafter also referred to as ‘the pawnshop’), as submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on December 17, 2024 and January 13, 2025; and In view of Article 2 (3) and Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 5 (4) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Pawnshops and the Pawnshop Activity”, 

We decide:  

1. Grant a consent to the general terms and conditions for lending by the pawnshop “Money Credit”, a Limited Liability Company, as submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on December 17, 2024 and January 13, 2025.
2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
