GOVERNOR DECISION

   January 29, 2025 No. 1/29 A

 Registering the Change to the Structure of the Managers of “Inecobank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 33 (2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”, and Paragraph 201 (1) and Paragraph 226 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration; Granting Consent and Permission; Appraising the Professional Integrity and Qualification in the Field of Banking” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005; and Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 4, dated January 29, 2025), and the letter of request, along with the document enclosed, submitted by “Inecobank” Closed Joint-Stock Company to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on January 15, 2025,        

          We decide: 

1. Remove Vaghinak Khachatryan from his registered role as Member of the Directorate of “Inecobank” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
