Registering the Changes to the Structure of the Managers of “New Venture Brokerage”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company (Investment Company)

 

In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 221 (2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”, and Paragraph 20 and Paragraph 26 (1) of Regulation 4/05 “Procedure for Qualification of Investment Service Provider, the Operator and the Central Depository Managers and Natural Persons as Investment Service Providers; Manager Professional Integrity Criteria and Manager Registration” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 15-N, dated January 15, 2008; Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 4, dated January 29, 2025), and the letters of request, along with the documents and deliverables, submitted by “New Venture Brokerage” Closed Joint-Stock Company to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 11.12.2024, 15.01.2025, 16.01.2025 and 22.01.2025,

           We decide: 

  1. Remove Hrach Harutyunyan from his registered role as Chief Accountant of “New Venture Brokerage” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  2. Register Gayane Vardanyan as Chief Accountant of “New Venture Brokerage” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  3. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
