Registering the Changes to the Rules of “Glocal Gim Fund”, a Non-Public, Non-Diversified, Open-End, Contractual Investment Fund of “Glocal”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

  In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 24 (6) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”, and Paragraph 30 of Regulation 10/11 “Terms and Conditions for Registration of Investment Fund (Fund Rules), Granting Preliminary Permission to Sell Securities of Foreign Investment Fund in the Republic of Armenia” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 117-N, dated May 2, 2011; and Considering the letter of request, dated January 22, 2025, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia for registering the changes to the rules of “Glocal Gim Fund”, a non-public, non-diversified, open-end, contractual investment fund of “Glocal”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, along with the required documents and deliverables,  

          We decide: 

  1. Register the changes to the Rules of “Glocal Gim Fund” Non-public, Non-diversified, Open-end, Contractual Investment Fund of “Glocal” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  2. This decision to enter into force in a manner as prescribed by the law.
