 Registering the Change to the Structure of the Managers of “Inecobank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Article 33 (2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”, Paragraph 201 (1) and Paragraph 226 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005; Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 2, dated January 15, 2025), and the letter of request, along with the document, submitted by “Inecobank” CJSC to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 07.01.2025,

                  We decide: 

  1. Remove Dmytro Tolstik from his role as member of the Board of “Inecobank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
