 Registering the Change to the Structure of the Managers of “AYO” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Article 9² of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”, Paragraph 201 (1) and Paragraph 146 (1) and Paragraph 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated 01.07.2008; Considering the letters of request, along with the documents and deliverables, submitted by “AYO” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 17.12.2024 and on 25․12․2024,

             We decide: 

1. Remove David Harutyunyan from his role as chief accountant of “AYO” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
