On Registration of the “Koghbatsi” Branch of “AES Credit” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18(4)(g1) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 7(3) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”; and Chapter 4 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved by the CBA Board Resolution No. 194-N of July 1, 2008; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 50, dated October 28, 2026); and the letters of request, dated September 4, 2026 and October 13, 2026, together with the documents and supporting materials, which “AES Credit” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Register the “Koghbatsi” Branch of “AES Credit” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. This decision shall take effect in the manner prescribed by law.
