On Registration of Change in the Composition of the Management of “Credit Concept” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18(4)(g1) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 92(1) and (2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”; and Paragraphs 133, 146(1) and 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved by the CBA Board Resolution No. 194-N of July 1, 2008; and
Considering the letters of request, dated July 30, 2026, September 1, 2026, and September 28, 2026, together with all required documents and supporting materials, which “Credit Concept” Universal Credit Organization CJSC submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Remove Armen Ayunts from his registered role as Member of the Board of “Credit Concept” UCO CJSC.
2. Register Hrant Karapetyan into the role as Member of the Board of “Credit Concept” UCO CJSC.
3. This decision shall take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Credit Concept” UCO CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Credit Concept” UCO CJSC.
