On Resuming the 45-Day Period Suspended for the Registration of the “Rules for Assigning International Securities Identification Numbers and Classification Codes” of the “Central Depository of Armenia” OJSC, and on the Registration of Amendments Thereto

In view of Article 18(4)(g1) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; Article 180(6) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”; Paragraph 66 of Regulation 5/02 “Registration and Licensing of the Central Depository; Procedure for Seeking Preliminary Consent for Acquiring a Qualifying Holding in the Statutory Capital of the Central Depository; Rules, Method and Terms for Submitting the Business Plan” as approved by the CBA Board Resolution No. 14-N of January 15, 2008; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 49, dated October 21, 2026); and the letters of request, dated April 6, 2026, April 13, 2026, and May 27, 2026, together with the documents and supporting materials, which “Central Depository of Armenia” Open Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Resume the 45-day period (suspended by the CBA Governor Decision No. 1/290A of July 1, 2026) for the registration of the “Rules for Assigning International Securities Identification Numbers and Classification Codes” of the “Central Depository of Armenia” OJSC, which has been approved in a new version.
2. Register the amendments to the “Rules for Assigning International Securities Identification Numbers and Classification Codes” of the “Central Depository of Armenia” OJSC.
3. This decision shall take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Central Depository of Armenia” OJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Central Depository of Armenia” OJSC.
