On Deregistration of the “Amiryan” Branch of “AES Credit” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint Stock Company

In view of Article 18(4)(g1) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 7(5) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”; and Chapter 8 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved by the CBA Board Resolution No. 194-N of July 1, 2008; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 49, dated October 21, 2026); and the letter of request, dated October 8, 2026, together with the documents and supporting materials, which “AES Credit” UCO CJSC submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Deregister the “Amiryan” Branch of “AES Credit” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint Stock Company.
2. This decision shall take effect in the manner prescribed by law.
