On Registration of the “SELECT” Branch of “ACBA Bank” Open Joint Stock Company

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 28(4) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”; and Chapter 6 of Central Bank Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking” as approved by the CBA Board Resolution No. 145-N of April 12, 2005; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 48, dated October 14, 2026); and the letter of request, dated September 28, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, which “ACBA Bank” OJSC submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Register the “SELECT” Branch of “ACBA Bank” Open Joint-Stock Company.
2. This decision shall take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “ACBA Bank” OJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “ACBA Bank” OJSC.
