On Suspending the 30-Day Period of Review of the Letter of Request to Grant Permission for the Management of the Nonpublic Investment Fund of “Invest Solutions” LLC

Pursuant to Article 2(3), Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 112(1) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”;
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 44, dated September 16, 2026); and
Having addressed the letters of request, dated February 12, 2026, May 11, 2026, and July 14, 2026, together with all required documents and supporting materials submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia in connection with granting permission to manage the nonpublic investment fund of “Invest Solutions” Limited Liability Company,

Decided:

1. Suspend the 30-day period of review of the letter of request to grant permission for the management of the nonpublic investment fund of “Invest Solutions” LLC, in order to clarify certain facts and/or circumstances.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Invest Solutions” LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Invest Solutions” LLC.
