On Registration of Changes in the Composition of the Management of “Mellat Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 33(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”; and Paragraph 201(1) and Paragraph 226 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking” as approved by Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 43, dated September 11, 2026); and the letters of request, dated August 10, 2026, August 11, 2026, and August 24, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, which “Mellat Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Remove Seyed Naghi Shamsi from his registered role as Member of the Board of “Mellat Bank” CJSC.
2. Register Hadi Sepanlou into the role as Member of the Board of “Mellat Bank” CJSC.
3. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Mellat Bank” CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Mellat Bank” CJSC.
