On Introducing Change to the Register of Participants of Organizations Operating as Limited Liability Companies and Registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 11(7) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Limited Liability Companies”; and Paragraph 2 of the “Procedure for Maintaining the Register of Participants of Organizations Operating as Limited Liability Companies and Registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia” as approved by Resolution No. 206-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated July 15, 2014; and
Considering the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 43, dated September 11, 2026), and the letter of request, dated August 27, 2026, together with the documents and supporting materials, submitted by “Special Finance” Universal Credit Organization LLC to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,
Decided:
1. Introduce a change to the Register of Participants of Organizations Operating as Limited Liability Companies and Registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia in connection with a change in the participants’ ownership interests within “Special Finance” Universal Credit Organization LLC.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Special Finance” UCO LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Special Finance” UCO LLC.
