On Deregistration of the “Vedi” Representative Office of “ECLOF” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company
In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 7(5) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”; and Paragraph 50 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved by Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Considering the letters of request, dated May 11, 2026 and May 12, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, submitted by “ECLOF” Universal Credit Organization LLC to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,
Decided:
1. Deregister the “Vedi” Representative Office of “ECLOF” Universal Credit Organization LLC.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “ECLOF” UCO LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “ECLOF” UCO LLC.
