On Registration of Changes in the Composition of the Management of the “Central Depository of Armenia” Open Joint Stock Company

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 221 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”; and Paragraph 20 and Paragraph 26(1) of Regulation 4/05 “Procedure for Qualification of Investment Service Provider, the Operator and the Central Depository Managers and Natural Persons as Investment Service Providers; Manager Professional Integrity Criteria and Manager Registration” as approved by Board Resolution No. 15-N, dated January 15, 2008, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 25, dated May 20, 2026); and the letters of request, dated April 30, 2026, May 7, 2026, and May 14, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, which the “Central Depository of Armenia” Open Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Remove Levon Klekchyan from his registered role as Deputy General Director of the “Central Depository of Armenia” OJSC.
2. Register Edgar Evoyan into the role as Deputy General Director of the “Central Depository of Armenia” OJSC.
3. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by the “Central Depository of Armenia” OJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of the “Central Depository of Armenia” OJSC.
