Resuming the 30-Day Period of Review of the Letter of Request to Grant Permission for the Management of the Non-Public Investment Fund of “Kverdi Fund Management” Limited Liability Company

In view of Article 2(3) and Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 112(1) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”;
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 24, dated May 13, 2026); and
Having examined the letters of request, dated November 20, 2025, December 9, 2026, March 24, 2026, April 8, 2026, and May 6, 2026, along with the required documents and supporting materials submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Resume the 30-day period suspended by Governor Decision No. 1/485A, dated December 24, 2025, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia for granting permission for the management of the non-public investment fund of “Kverdi Fund Management” LLC.
2. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Kverdi Fund Management” LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Kverdi Fund Management” LLC.
