On Resuming the Suspended 45-Day Period of Review of the Application for Registration of Amendments and Supplements to the “Rules for Securities Listing and Admission to Trading” of the “Armenia Stock Exchange” OJSC, and Dismissing the Application Review for Registration

In view of Article 18(4)(“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 116(4) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”; and Article 50(1)(“b”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Proceedings”; and Paragraph 18 of Regulation 5/01 “Registration and Licensing of the Regulated Market Operator; Rules to Seeking a Preliminary Consent for Acquisition of Qualifying Holding in Statutory Capital of the Regulated Market Operator; Procedure, Method and Timeframes for Presenting the Business Plan” as approved by Board Resolution No. 17-N, dated January 15, 2008, of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 24, dated May 13, 2026); and
Having examined the letters of request, dated October 8, 2025, December 11, 2025, and May 6, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, which the “Armenia Stock Exchange” Open Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Resume the suspended 45-day period of review of the application for registration of amendments and supplements to the “Rules for Securities Listing and Admission to Trading” of the “Armenia Stock Exchange” OJSC.
2. Dismiss the review of the application for registration of amendments and supplements to the “Rules for Securities Listing and Admission to Trading” of the “Armenia Stock Exchange” OJSC.
3. This decision to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by the “Armenia Stock Exchange” OJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of the “Armenia Stock Exchange” OJSC.
