R E S O L U T I O N

ON SETTING INTEREST RATES OF THE MONETARY POLICY INSTRUMENTS OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA, ON THE MONETARY POLICY COMMUNICATION, AND ON APPROVING THE PERIODICAL "MONETARY POLICY REPORT FOR THE FOURTH QUARTER OF 2025 (MONETARY POLICY PROGRAM FOR THE FOURTH QUARTER OF 2025)"

 Based on Article 2, Part 3, Article 6, Article 17, Part 4, and Article 20, Part 1, Points "c" and "e" of the Law "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia," the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:

 R E S O L V E S: 

1. To set the refinancing interest rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia at 6.5%.
2. To set the interest rate for the Lombard repo instrument provided by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia at 8.0%.
3. To set the interest rate for the instrument for attracting funds by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia at 5.0%.
4. To approve the monetary policy communication of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
5. To approve the periodical "Monetary Policy Report for the Fourth Quarter of 2025 (Monetary Policy Program for the Fourth Quarter of 2025)" (hereinafter: Monetary Policy Report/4).
6. This Resolution shall enter into force on the day following its publication on the official website of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
