ON REGISTERING THE AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES OF “ENTREPRENEUR+STATE ANTI-CRISIS INVESTMENTS” CLOSED NON-PUBLIC SPECIALIZED CONTRACTUAL INVESTMENT FUND OF “ENTREPRENEUR+STATE ANTI-CRISIS INVESTMENTS MANAGER” CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY

Guided by Part 3 of Article 2 and part "ac" of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Part 4 of Article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Investment Funds”;
Taking into account that “Entrepreneur+State Anti-Crisis Investments Manager” Closed Joint-Stock Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 23 September 2025 regarding the mediation to register the amendments to the rules of “Entrepreneur+State Anti-Crisis Investments” Closed Non-Public Specialized Contractual Investment Fund, as well as the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 43 dated 1 October 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby;

R E S O L V E S:

1. To register the amendments to the rules of “Entrepreneur+State Anti-Crisis Investments” Closed Non-Public Specialized Contractual Investment Fund of “Entrepreneur+State Anti-Crisis Investments Manager” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. This Resolution shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “Entrepreneur+State Anti-Crisis Investments Manager” Closed Joint-Stock Company or its delivery to the person authorized by “Entrepreneur+State Anti-Crisis Investments Manager” Closed Joint-Stock Company in accordance with the established procedure.
