Modifying the Foreign Exchange Trading License No. 137 Granted to “Norayr Martirosyan” P/E

 

Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Point 9 of Appendix as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No 138-N, dated May 15, 2007 “On Regulation 10 “Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations””; Whereas on March 28, 2025 Norayr Martirosyan, a Private Entrepreneurship, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to modify the License No. 137 granted to him for foreign exchange trading, the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

 E n a c t s: 

  1. Modify the License No. 137, granted to Norayr Martirosyan, a Private Entrepreneurship, for foreign exchange trading, in connection with a changed location for the operation of the exchange office.
  2. This resolution to enter into force on the day following the proper notification to Norayr Martirosyan, a Private Entrepreneurship.
