BOARD RESOLUTION

 Setting the Interest Rates of Monetary Policy Instruments of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia and the Executive Monetary Policy Statement

 Pursuant to Article 2 (3), Article 6, Article 17 (4), Article 20 (1) (“c” and “e”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and the provisions of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Normative Legal Acts”, the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

 E n a c t s: 

1. Set the Refinancing rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia to be75%.
2. Set the Lombard facility rate offered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia to be 25%.
3. Set the Deposit facility rate offered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia to be 5.25%.
4. Approve the Executive Monetary Policy Statement of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
5. This resolution to enter into force on the day following its publication on Internet homepage of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
