On Introducing Change to the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 56L of March 19, 2026

In view of Article 54(1)(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Procurement”, and Article 2(3) and Article 20(e) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and
Pursuant to Article 33 and Article 34 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Normative- Legal Acts”,

the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

Enacts:

1. Rewrite row 20260617 in Appendix 1 “The 2026 Procurement Plan of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia” approved by the CBA Board Resolution No. 56L of March 19, 2026 “On Approving the 2026 Procurement Plan of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, as follows:

2. This resolution shall take effect in the manner prescribed by law.
