BOARD RESOLUTION

September 25, 2026; No. 271 A

On Granting “Fineksor Kapital” LLC Permission to Nonpublic Investment Fund Management

Pursuant to Article 2(3) and Article 20(e) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 8.1(5) and Article 8.2(3) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”; and Chapter 3 of Regulation 10/41 “Procedure for Granting Permission to Non-Public Investment Fund Management” (CBA Board Resolution No. 127-N, dated July 29, 2025); and
Whereas, on August 14, 2026 and September 2, 2026 “Fineksor Kapital” LLC applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to grant permission to nonpublic investment fund management; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 45, dated September 23, 2026),

the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

Enacts:

1. Grant “Fineksor Kapital” Limited Liability Company permission to carry out nonpublic investment fund management activities.
2. This resolution to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Fineksor Kapital” LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Fineksor Kapital” LLC.
