BOARD RESOLUTION

September 25, 2026; No. 268 A

On Registration of the Rules of “Akman & Grishko Capital” Interval Nonpublic Contractual Investment Fund of “Akman & Grishko Capital Management” Limited Liability Company

Pursuant to Article 2(3) and Article 20(ki) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 21 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”; and Paragraph 29 of Regulation 10/11 “Registration of Investment Fund (Fund Rules); Terms and Conditions for Granting Preliminary Permission for Selling Foreign Investment Fund Securities in the Republic of Armenia” (CBA Board Resolution No. 117-N, dated May 2, 2011); and
Whereas, on August 12, 2026 and August 17, 2026 “Akman & Grishko Capital Management” LLC applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to register the Rules of “Akman & Grishko Capital” Interval Nonpublic Contractual Investment Fund of “Akman & Grishko Capital Management” LLC; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 44, dated September 16, 2026),

the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

Enacts:

1. Register the Rules of “Akman & Grishko Capital” Interval Nonpublic Contractual Investment Fund of “Akman & Grishko Capital Management” LLC.
2. This resolution to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Akman & Grishko Capital Management” LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Akman & Grishko Capital Management” LLC.
