BOARD RESOLUTION

September 25, 2026; No. 264 A

On Declaring the Pawnshop Activities License No. PA-Y 128 Issued to “Artsate Gavat” LLC Null and Void

Pursuant to Article 2(3) and Article 20(jf) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”;
In view of cluase 22 of the Appendix as endorsed by the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution (No. 32-N, dated February 3, 2017) on approving the “Procedure for Licensing Pawnshop Activities in the Republic of Armenia”;
Whereas on August 26, 2026 and September 7, 2026 “Artsate Gavat” Limited Liability Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to terminate the Pawnshop Activities License No. PA-Y 128 issued thereto; and
Considering the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 44, dated September 16, 2026),

the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

Enacts:

1. Declare the Pawnshop Activities License No. PA-Y 128, issued to “Artsate Gavat” LLC by the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 352A of November 16, 2011, null and void.
2. Publish the final part of this resolution on the website of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia through the Public Relations Service of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia in order to protect the interests of, and making this information publicly available for, the clients of “Artsate Gavat” Limited Liability Company.
3. This resolution to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Artsate Gavat” LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Artsate Gavat” LLC.
