BOARD RESOLUTION

September 25, 2026; No. 263 A

On Declaring the Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations License No. 890 Issued to “Rezon” LLC Null and Void

Pursuant to Article 2(3) and Article 20(jf) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”;
In view of clause 53(4) of the Appendix as approved by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Board Resolution (no. 138-N, dated May 15, 2007) on “Approving the Central Bank Regulation 10 “Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations””;
Whereas on September 2, 2026 “Rezon” Limited Liability Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to declare the Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations License No. 890, issued to them, null and void; and
Considering the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 44, dated September 16, 2026),

the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

Enacts:

1. Declare the Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations License No. 890, issued to “Rezon” LLC, null and void.
2. This resolution to take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Rezon” LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Rezon” LLC.
