On Approving the Financial Statements of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia as of June 30, 2026

Pursuant to Article 2(3), Article 15(1), Article 17(2)(2), and Article 20(1)(‘e’, ‘jc’) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”,

the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

Enacts:

1. Approve the financial statements of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia as of June 30, 2026, in accordance with Appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution to take effect in the manner as prescribed by law.
