About activities of “One Card” LLC

Тhe Central Bank of Armenia informs that the review of numerous applications and other signals sent to the Central Bank disclosed that One Card LLC, which operates in the Republic of Armenia, attracts household funds by making a public offer to double (increase) the received funds and return them with a certain "surplus".

In view of the fact that the company actually attracts funds from public at large, the Central Bank of Armenia informs that it has not issued a license to One Card LLC to carry out any activity, therefore, its operations are not supervised by the Central Bank of Armenia. To this end, the Central Bank is not in the position to oversee the risks arising from the activities of the company and provide adequate protection of the interests of customers, which means that citizens act at their own risk when entrusting their funds to such organizations.

The Central Bank has already filed a report to the law enforcement agencies to check for possible violations of this law.
