Financial Capability Barometer 2025: Assessment of the Financial Capabilities of the Population of the Republic of Armenia was conducted by the independent research organization Ampera LLC, at the initiative and with the financial support of the Central Bank of Armenia.

The analyses, assessments, findings, and opinions presented in the study are those of the research organization and the authors. They do not necessarily reflect the official views, assessments, or policies of the Central Bank of Armenia.

The study was conducted to provide an evidence-based understanding of the financial capabilities of the population and to support the development of the next phase of the Financial Education Program of the Republic of Armenia (2027–2031).
