On Registration of Change in the Composition of the Management of “Rego Insurance” Insurance Closed Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18(4)(g1) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 51(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Insurance and Insurance Activities”; and Paragraph 178 of Regulation 3/01 “Procedure on Licensing, Registration; Granting Consent and Permission; Appraisal of the Professional Integrity and Qualification in the Insurance Sector” approved by the CBA Board Resolution No. 344-N of October 30, 2007; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 48, dated October 14, 2026), and the letters of request, dated August 4, 2026, August 5, 2026, September 1, 2026, and October 1, 2026, as well as the required documents and supporting materials, which “Rego Insurance” Insurance CJSC submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Register Erik Mkrtchyan into the role as Responsible Person for performing risk management functions within “Rego Insurance” Insurance Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. This decision shall take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Rego Insurance” Insurance CJSC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Rego Insurance” Insurance CJSC.
