On Registration of Change in the Composition of the Management of “Eastfor Capital” Investment Firm Limited Liability Company

In view of Article 18(4)(g1) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 221(2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”; and Paragraph 20 of Regulation 4/05 “Procedure for Qualification of Investment Service Provider, the Operator and the Central Depository Managers and Natural Persons as Investment Service Providers; Manager Professional Integrity Criteria and Manager Registration” approved by the CBA Board Resolution No. 15-N of January 15, 2008; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 48, dated October 14, 2026); and the letters of request, dated September 18, 2026 and September 29, 2026, together with the required documents and supporting materials, which “Eastfor Capital” Investment Firm LLC (previously registered as “Premium Invest” IF LLC) submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Register Siranush Khlghatyan into the role as Chief Accountant of “Eastfor Capital” IF LLC.
2. This decision shall take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Eastfor Capital” IF LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Eastfor Capital” IF LLC.
