On Registration of Change in the Composition of the Management of “Gazelle Finance” Universal Credit Organization LLC

In view of Article 18(4)(g1) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 92 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”; and Paragraph 133 and Paragraph 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” approved by the CBA Board Resolution No. 194-N of July 1, 2008; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 48, dated October 14, 2026), and the letters of request, dated August 24, 2026, September 22, 2026, and September 23, 2026, together with all required documents and supporting materials, which “Gazelle Finance” UCO LLC submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

Decided:

1. Register Arthur Hayrapetyan into the role as Member of the Board of “Gazelle Finance” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company.
2. This decision shall take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Gazelle Finance” UCO LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Gazelle Finance” UCO LLC.
