Starting from June 2006 Central bank of
Armenia within the scope of the Law on Central Bank of Armenian officially
adopted new framework of inflation management` moving to the strategy of
inflation targeting.
Central Bank of Armenia Monetary Policy Communications Framework
The CBA places a high degree of emphasis on clear, effective, and understandable monetary policy communications, which are an important foundation for enhanced central bank transparency and accountability. The
CBA Monetary Policy Communications Framework presents the CBA’s comprehensive framework for monetary policy communications, including communications principles and objectives; target audiences for communications and segmentation strategy; key communications vehicles; and the framework for decision-making transparency.
