The numbering of the Republic of Armenia Law on Securities Market below is due to the subparagraphs of the relevant article that defines the investment services.
25/1 - receive and transmit customer orders for securities transactions;
25/2 – execute securities transactions on their behalf/at their expense or on their client’s behalf/at the client’s expense;
25/3 – provide consultancy to the customer about investment in securities;
25/4 - execute securities transactions at their expense and on their behalf;
25/5 - Securities portfolio management;
25/6 - guaranteed or non-guaranteed securities underwriting.
